BodyPerfect pilates studio sessions and classes are on a pre-pay basis.
Payments must be made prior to all sessions commencing.
Appointments are confirmed upon pre-payment.
All sessions booked are due.
Payments may be made by bank transfer (details upon request) or in person prior to commencing first appointment.
Credit card and cheques not accepted.
BodyPerfect Pilates Studio operates by personal appointment, thus requires a min.of 24hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
All cancellations need to be done 24hours prior to time of booking.
No charge will be levied should there be adequate cancellation notice as stipulated by the above.
Inadequate notice may result in your session being charged in full.
No refunds or credits for missed appointments.
BodyPerfect sessions and classes are non transferable and non refundable.
All sessions and classes must be redeemed within 3 months unless otherwise specified.
All pack prices are valid only for nominated number of sessions completed.
Any unused sessions cancelled prior to expiry date of Pack will be refunded from pack price only after other sessions are charged at full casual price.
BodyPerfect private, semi-privates pilates MAT classes are 45-60mins and private and semi-privates pilates assessments and Studio sessions are 45-75mins time frame as stated by instructor.
Extended sessions are available upon request,these may incur an extra charge.
Late arrival does not guarantee a full session with instructor yet full session fee is due. In return if BodyPerfect instructor is late you will receive the full session time.
There are no crèche facilities available.
Children under 18yrs not permitted.
Shoes are not necessary but please wear clean socks for the duration of studio session or class.
Participants taking part in a group class of more thatn 2 people may be asked to bring their own pilates or yoga mat. Please enquire upon time of booking.
Please bring a towel for use on Pilates equipment and mats.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows unrestricted movement.
Bring a water bottle.
Using Pilates Hippo Arc Barrel and Trapeze Table to help strengthen legs and butt muscles.
